At ZKsciences, we want you to be happy with your purchase of our plant growth enhancers. To that end, we offer a full refund on your purchase within 60 days if you are not happy with your purchase from the ZKsciences store on our website. To qualify, you must have integrated your purchased product into a compatible growing media and attempted to grow one or more plants in that media, using the amount indicated on the product packaging.
If more than 60 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer any refund.
We do not require you to return or ship back your purchased material. However, we do require information from you as to the reason for your dissatisfaction. We are more than happy to help with usage advice and information for our plant growth enhancers, and we want to hear about any difficulties encountered during use.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only the original purchaser may request a refund.
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and to request any additional information needed. We will approve or reject refund requests within 14 days of receiving your refund request or within 14 days of receiving any additional information, whichever is later.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund in the timeframe specified, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Refund amounts
Only the original paid purchase price will be refunded. If the purchase was made at a sale price or lower price than the current price, only the original amount paid will be refunded. Shipping fees, if any, are non refundable.
Due to the nature of the ZKsciences plant growth enhancers, no exchanges are permitted.
Purchase restrictions
ZKBoost is only available for purchase to residents of the 50 United States through this website at this time.
ZKsciences reserves the right to bar any purchases from any party who has received a refund on a previous purchase of ZKsciences plant growth enhancer.
